Donna Summer Dead: Disco Legend Dies "Cancer" At 63 (Last Dance Video)

LaDonna Adrian Gaines (31 Dec, 1948 – 17 May, 2012) She was known by the stage name Donna Summer, was an American singer-songwriter.
Affectionately called the "Queen of Disco", the 63 years was in Florida at the time of his death, according to TMZ.



Born LaDonna Adrian Gaines, 5-Grammy-winner rose to fame in the '70s with hits like "Hot Stuff", "Bad Girls" and "Love to Love You Baby." After the news of the death of the summer, the singer's family issued a statement that they "celebrate peace in his extraordinary life and his legacy continues." TMZ also reports that, in the summer working on a new album at the time of his death. "RIP # Donna Summer - dined with her several months ago, and she sang Amazing Grace for the guests with a breathtaking performance lady, wonderful talent. "Piers Morgan tweeted about the late singer. Summer is survived by her husband, co-founder Bruce Sudano Brooklyn dreams, her two children - Amanda and Brooklyn - and his daughter, Mimi, from a previous marriage.
